The fir wooden cottage consists of one room with a surface of 12 sqm, a 4 sqm storeroom and a terrace where you can relax yourself with a book taking advantage of the tranquility of nature. This house is ideal to be located on a small piece of land and it represents the best solution for a family who wants to disconnect from the daily and get in touch with nature. The construction deadline is between 30 and 90 days starting from the day of the payment of the 40% advance. The next payment of 50% will be made when receiving the KIT (transportation) and the remaining 10% on assembly.
The beneficiary will provide the accommodation and a meal / day for the assembly team.
